CURRENTLY IS THE SECRETARY OF ADIM JATI SEWA MANDAL, is the oldest voluntary Organization of Jharkhand, established in the year 1947-48 having its glorius history, Founded by the First President Of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad. It has been working for the socio-economic upliftment of the tribals of this region especially in the field of education among tribal people. We are, not only nurturing and motivating children towards promoting the importance of education for their better & bright future.
Having passed the LL.B. examination I joined the Ranchi Bar in the Year 1994 and started practicing in the Hon’ble High Court as well as the Civil Court at Ranchi. In course of my practice, I gained experience in the field of Labour/Industrial Laws, Service Laws, Civil Laws and allied matters such as Revenue and the Compensation Cases.
I concentrated my practice in the field of Labour Laws, consequently, I represented the management of Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd., Central Coal Field Ltd., Karam Chand Thapar & Bros. (C.S.) Ltd., Bharat – Westfalia Division, Steel Authority of India Ltd., HIL Ltd., Hyderabad, HINDALCO, Muri, Ranchi and a large number of medium & small employers in the Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal and the Hon’ble High Court..
I have also conducted Domestic Enquiries as an Enquiry Officer in large number of cases.
EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF TEACHING
Working as Regular part-time Asstt. Professor in Chhotanagpur Law College, Ranchi since 2003.
Imparting training as visiting Faculty in Shri Krishna Administrative Institute, Ranchi (A.T.I)
Conducting training programme in Industries like HINDALCO, HIL Ltd., State Labour Institute etc.
Visiting Faculty in UTHAAN a project of UN DP at Ranchi.
